When does the Academy begin?
The first cohort begins in September 2026. After you enroll, you'll receive a welcome email with your schedule, Zoom links, workbook, and everything you need to get started.
Do I need to already have a group practice?
No. The Academy is designed for therapists preparing to hire their first clinician, as well as newer group practice owners who want to build the right foundation before growing further.
Is this Academy only for California therapists?
Yes. Every lesson is designed specifically for California LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs, including California regulations, insurance panels, and business considerations.
What if I can't attend a live session?
Every session is recorded, so you'll have access to the replay if you're unable to attend live. You'll also receive all accompanying worksheets and resources.
How much time should I plan to spend each week?
Each live session is 90 minutes. Plan on spending an additional 1–2 hours each week implementing what you learn using the provided templates, calculators, and action steps.
Will I be able to ask questions about my own practice?
Absolutely. Every live session includes dedicated Q&A, and the small cohort size allows for personalized feedback throughout the Academy.
How many therapists will be in each cohort?
